17U HP Girls

The 17U girls HP program (born in 2007 and younger) is a Training to Compete and a Training to Perform Program dependent on the level of commitment of individual athlete’s. Emphasis is placed on developing and perfecting the advanced skills, while preparing the athlete for post-secondary education. In parallel, the basic skills are maintained and refined, and development of the specific and positional skills is emphasized. Players enrolled in this program are expected to attend all practices and participate in all tournaments and if they choose, National League Games.

In the first part of the season we will begin with a focus on the athlete’s Strength & Conditioning and Individual Water Polo Skills. In the second part of the season the emphasis is on Team Tactics and learning Offensive and Defensive strategies in order to perform as a team. The 17U program is designed to have players competing at a high level on a regular basis for a longer period of time in intense meaningful games within Canada and Internationally in the USA. The Season Plan will be designed specifically to meet the goals of our athletes.

The Pacific Storm girls’ program provides a full complement program that will help develop a young child into a mature athlete who is ready for Post-Secondary education. Your child will be training in an environment that includes a full range of athletes from first year Pacific Storm members to High School Seniors to NCAA Alumni. Our focus is to create a positive atmosphere while providing the athlete with proper tools to help them find success after high school is complete. Pacific Storm will help create their Post-Secondary resume; create effective video resumes; we will provide physical testing evaluations; share our many contacts in the Canadian & American Post-Secondary education systems; the resource of our accomplished Alumni with National, International, NAIA & NCAA experience will also help in any way they can.
